I was pleased to receive your gracious request for my presence at the small get-together to be held in your exalted halls on Thursday the 28th of July. Be assured that I was grateful for the warm tidings offered by you, the Arlington County Sheriff's Department, and please know I am fully aware of your overflowing social calendar. Therefore, it is with no small sense of remorse, particularly in light of the many previous engagements of ours that I have had cause to break, that I must regretfully decline your invitation.

Sounds like a software model that could help other independent software vendors (ISVs), service providers and enterprises deploy their services exposed by their SOA as software as a service (SaaS). In addition, to not only creating meaningfull mashups, but provide a lightweight admin platform to regulate those atomic messages. Interesting listen from the former Sun team who brought us the J2EE bible. Only thing I noticed is that I had to quickly turn down my volume when John Crupi spoke a couple of times. He's so loud. DC Metro Police

This happened to one of my best friends who just so happens to be of Pakistany origen. By the way he actually was born and grew up in OHIO. Way to go Metro and DC Police. "Last week I entered the metro with my wife. As usual, we were in haste and wanted to just board the train by making our way through the crowded gates. I have a Smart-card and replenish it once every 2 weeks. As i walked through the gate, i had -$0.30 on my card. If anyone has a Smartcard, they know that the card lets you be negative to a certain amount, but when you refill the card you have to make up the difference. That is a benefit of the Smart Card. But Officer BF Johnson didn't think so. He stopped me in my tracks, ordered me to approach him. He then ordered me to hand over my license and called the station to check for any suspicious (Obviously terror-related) activity from my end.
